I noticed some significant gaps in the home and kitchen online market. I was frustrated that I couldn’t find top or famous products that I liked and also, I couldn't find high-performance customer service, or that was the quality I was looking for. I realized that there was an opportunity in this. I decided to create what wasn’t there.
We offer thousands of home and kitchen products, top brands, with different prices, with high customer service performance, fast shipping, free shopping plans, multi-payment options and we offer our customers the option to check their items before receiving them through courier.
Cupindy’s customers LOVE our products. A large majority of them return again to reorder. I receive a lot of 5 stars reviews on our Facebook page (https://web.facebook.com/Cupindy), 5/5 and we got lovely feedback through WhatsApp and Facebook messages.
The advantages of Cupindy include great products, great customer service, and we are improving our service gradually through carefully listing to our customers' feedback.
