Hey, just wanted to drop some feedback real quick for everyone! As per my experience with dispensaries, Curaleaf staff are knowledgeable and chill. The vibe is great and the people are fantastic and friendly. From the girl who likes to read all the time and wears the dark clothes to the guy with the man bun, freaking Rockstars! If there was one thing I could say that is negative would be when you guys first switched over on the app and updated it I couldn’t place an order because I couldn’t connect my bank account to the site you guys were using. Now however after a few complaints you guys corrected it and now I can place my order and pay in the store. So with that said I don’t have anything negative to say! Smoke and vibe peoples we will be alright!

I enjoy CuraLeaf because of the staff at Harrisburgs location. The weed is cool and all but the times we spend with one another is much more valuable. It’s a good feeling when you can walk in and feel welcomed from the gate, have a little conversation and roll out knowing someone cares a little

I like this app. It makes it convenient to shop online. You can even use Aeropay to pay for it ahead of time instead of having to do the transaction in store. It makes the process simple and seamless. There are lots of great programs and ways to save money as well. My only gripe that’s stopping me from giving this app 5 stars is that it doesn’t show the terpene percentage!

Loyal customer
I’ve been going to curaleaf for about a decade, love their product love the in-store service, but my only issue is with corporate I guess. I bought a large amount about $600 on 2 separate occasions and it was bad product. All I want is an exchange and now I’m being treated unfair and I’m still a loyal customer. I have spent about a thousand since this happened and still nothing make it make sense. This happened to me twice it’s very upsetting. If you care for your customers please answer my emails thank you

Love but add pictures PLS
I love using the app, it’s very convenient BUT it sucksssss that they sometimes either don’t have or barely have pictures for their vape products:( I have to bounce back and forth from the webpage every single time I want to try something out, then tell them I’m 21 like 3 times, click 3 other “sign up” pop ups away, thennn add the location before I can even see any products. It’s honestly really inconvenient and my only turn off about this app. Other than that I love using this app for my weed needs but please add some pictures! Not everyone knows what these products look like just off their names

It’s not a bad app, it just could be better. It is helpful for finding what Curaleaf may have, but if you are looking at THC carts, for some reason the picture doesn’t load. It will load the photos of everything else though. I am not sure if there is a specific reason for that or if it is a glitch. Other than that the app is working as it should from what I am concerned.
