Login broken for months, only in app
Cannot place orders in app under my account, guest only. Website does not have this issue.
Not being able to login makes the app essentially useless to me. I don’t want to deal with having the dispensary employees try to associate my guest order with my account.
Fix please, sent in a couple bug reports about this.

Turned into useless garbage
Been using this app for years. Now, there’s no place to login. When you eventually and randomly get asked to login, it just spins its wheels. Absolutely useless app for the past couple months. I can still go in and order things and get rewards, but the app just doesn’t want to work.
Beware of sudden predatory price hikes and a horrendous UI/UX experience
Let me begin with the UI/UX. It’s really horrible. Many elements are inconsistent and at times the app freezes or lags. Unfortunately, I’ve used this app for a while, so it’s really nothing new. They have had plenty of time to fix stability issues like this, let alone on a newer iPhone with the most up-to-date software.
The filters hardly work when you’re searching for something. In my most recent experience, I searched for an ingestible product (e.g. a tincture), but for some reason a MASSAGE OIL was recommended at the very top when I was sorting by THC content. If you don’t know, consuming that would give you a stomach ache, as it’s not intended for oral use.
Mind you, I ensured that every bit of the information that I provided was correct. It was still in the app.
I was adding a product to my cart that was on sale, the app crashed and my cart contents were gone. Within a couple of minutes, when I went back to add it, the app tried to upsell me on the same product for full price. I understand that prices fluctuate and that discounts can expire, but within a couple of minutes?? Hell no. I used to shop here a lot, now I don’t think I will due to this lack of transparency and the sheer predation.
Never again.

I looked for a while but when I put in my address or zip code it should filter out other states and stuff so I can find the dispensary closest to me, but unfortunately it doesn’t. I’m shown locations in Maryland, Ohio, and PA and I live in Florida. If it were alphabetical I could find my location but it’s not.

The e new update removing accounts has made the website SLOW and unreactive. Removing accounts was stupid. You couldve just had a free browse option. Why are you punishing me for enjoying using my account for online orders??,

If I could give a negative star I would do a negative 10
Every time I try to log in it crashes or tells me my brand new password it made me change to is incorrect fix it
