first off the layout of this website makes it so user friendly (and makes me wanna spend more money lol), they have a cool interest free payments from a third party so you don’t have to spend too much at once
long story short anyways i bought some bindings from them, and the warehouse i believe they get products from was closed due to holidays, so it likely wasn’t going to come on the expected delivery date, which i really needed them to because of a trip i was taking. i reached out and they were incredibly responsive and understood my situation, what blew my expectations out of the water they genuinely did prioritize my order and got it from shipped to delivered to my house in under a day!! i didn’t even know that was possible besides from amazon, the people in this company genuinely care about their customers and i can’t be more thankful for that, it’s not often you see a company like this, recommend to everyone buying outdoor gear

Great app and super helpful but after everything when I check out it hits me up for a tip seriously??? The price was the same as any other website I could’ve ordered from why would I pay extra. Hopefully they actually pay commissions
