About

Curbfree tells disability placard and plate holders whether they can park free at the meter where they are, and for how long. Open the app and it finds your city on your phone. You get one answer in plain words: Free here, Pay here, Depends on your placard, or Check posted signs. Then the short version of the rule, including the conditions that trip people up, like whether the disabled person has to be in the car. EVERY ANSWER COMES WITH THE LAW Tap Show the law and you get the statute or city ordinance itself, quoted word for word, with a link to the official source. Large print, high contrast, ready to show an officer. Curbfree covers all 50 states and DC plus the 200 largest US cities, and every quote was matched against its official source. WHEN IN DOUBT, IT SAYS SO Rules change and cities differ. When a rule is unclear, close to a city line, or due to be checked again, Curbfree tells you to check posted signs instead of guessing. Signs at the curb always override the app. I PARKED Enter the time limit from the sign and Curbfree saves your spot and reminds you before your time runs out, and again when it does. Find my car opens the map at your spot. The timer works without a signal. IN THE CAR WITH CARPLAY Curbfree shows the rule for where your car is right on the CarPlay screen, in one short line you can read at a glance. Tap I parked, pick the limit from the sign, and the same reminders start on your phone. It works with your phone in your pocket. NO LOCATION? NO PROBLEM Type a ZIP code, city, state or street address instead. ZIP, city and state lookups happen on your phone; an address goes to Apple Maps to find it, never to us. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads, no tracking. Your location and your parked spot stay on your phone. Curbfree is information, not legal advice. Always follow posted signs and local enforcement.
