Don’t waste your time on $17 and a $10 difference cause it’s after 10pm pay oh and have to wait to get paid. 2 weeks in I got contacted by area coordinator talking bout login she trynna corner the market in my area I said not for $17 I quit got work with the motor clubs and I cs s’more money than running with thieves. updating my review as it’s been decent in my area…but sometimes it is slow, sometimes sitting an hour waiting for a call. have a friend who works in the area and they give him higher volume than me.
Curbside pro is a waste of time
I’ve been using the app for a little over two weeks now and notice a pattern of them sending me out my area for 12 dollar calls. (I submit tolls and still have not been reimbursed) no incentives until CST (central standard time) when I’m in EST (eastern standard time) is stupid and pointless when I get no incentives to work past a certain point due to having to be on the app all day to get calls that usually don’t have to money behind it. Also been having issues with dispatch not give correct area of customers location. This has happened multiple times. Get to the destination and it wrong have to call customer who usually doesn’t answer because it looks like a spam call from the app. Have to always contact dispatch for them to apologize and tell me there is nothing they can do until they contact the customer. There also the issue with getting calls and having them cancelled all the time. Don’t waste your time or energy especially if you’re in big cities because actual companies are usually there taking those calls to help customers. ie... AAA, pop a lock, road rangers, and other company base contractors. That’s why the calls get canceled all the time.

2 calls in 7 hours
on duty for 7 hours for them to send me 2 calls only. consistently don’t send calls for hours. i’ve noticed you waste more of your time and fuel than anything else. They offer bonuses if you do a certain amount of calls done but they make it impossible by not sending you calls.

Working for “ARS” or Curbside Pro
Asking me to put on clothes and get in my car for $12 is insane. The typical lockout/ Roadside assistance would cost the consumer $50-150, and we see $12?? $30 if i’m lucky enough to 45 mins x 2

This company sucks. They used to give comp now they give you a base of 12$ and add .85 cents to make it a cool $12.85 if you’re lucky. Waist of time money and effort. Never again

I drove 6 miles to do a jumpstart for a little 12 bucks, and after I finished the job and submitted photos of car on and running, they gave me 6 dollars. I wish I can meet the creators of this so I can smack the living life out of them to see if they will snap back into reality.
I don’t get any call
I was trying to app out to see how I would go turns out I make more money on Uber eats then I do hear I barely get any calls. Nothing‘s ever available. I don’t get any help from support the two cause I did get were OK, but that was about it.

You guys are offering very low compensation for these rescues. Who in the right mind is going to drive to point B 25 miles away to do a tire service to then have to drive 25 miles to get back to point A for just 25 dollars? What sense does that make? You want to use my car, my tools, and I for an hour-two for just 25 dollars? Kick rocks!

Waste of time
Don’t bother. They send you on calls 20 miles away to change a tire for a lousy $12. If a call gets canceled and you’re in route they give you $6!! That barely covers the gas I just spent driving halfway there. You will burn more money in gas than you’ll make. They text you got calls if you’re “offline”. GHRN pays minimum $18 per call with added incentive but calls are few and far between. Best make your own hours gig is definitely by far instacart shopping
