The read-along books doesn’t work

You're paying for a subscription that gives you half of the service. I've had issues with the read-along books for my toddler. They don't read all the pages; only a few pages sometimes, or none.

it is a pretty nice app

i just started using curioso to read for my homework that i need to finish and its pretty relaxing ok now blablablablabla bye

YOU NEED TO BUY

That app is not working

Curioso

This is Amassing!

even better than I expected!

My 9 year old loves Curioso! We’ve had fun reading and learning together but it’s also great for him to dive into on his own. It’s screen time that I don’t feel guilty about when I need to make dinner, do laundry, or just need a break 😂

Take forever to load books

We just downloaded the app on a 1 tarabit iPad for my son. He doesn’t have many apps at all. It’s connected to internet as well. I’ve been waiting 15 mins for a book to load! This is not right! What is going on?

Nothing easy about ending subscription

I have tried everything to end my subscription to this and you won’t let me go. I am tired of you taking my 8.99. Cancel my subscription …NOW !

Omg so good

10/10

Please add real narration to books.

Hi. I love this. This is a great best, but I do have a couple of suggestions. One it would be cool to add interactive pictures that you can touch and it will make sounds or do some things, 2, please add more read to me options for older readers that we have special needs, three, Did you guys please add more books with real narration? Lot of them have AI narration and as a blind person listening to them is kind of jarring. Thank you. Other than that awesome app. Especially with all the books are easy to understand and how easy to navigate through each book. And I meant to say this is a great offer, but not a great best. Made a few typos in this review. Also forgot to mention I love the price. It is less expensive than other apps I have tried using. App not offer or best.

My favorite way to read books

I’m 6 years old and this is my favorite way to read books because I can learn about anything I want!

got my kids ahead of their ages reading level

Great App

Great app

Great app! Easy to use and it’s super fun and educational. Love it!

Fun way to answer kiddo’s questions

We love books and reading! The best part is having an easy way to answer my kiddo’s questions from real books written for (not questionable websites)!

Just Incredibly Useful

I have been trying to find useful screen time for my little cousin, and I think he genuinely loves his Curioso time.

The content is engaging and I often myself following along and learning some things myself.

10/10! 🥰🥰🥰

This is the most used app in our household. The kids ask for it during iPad time and I can see why. Both kids have clearly learned so much in just the two months since we started using Curioso. The subscription is so worth it and we look forward to continuing to use this app

Great for independent reading

Easy to use and options for all the kids. Lots of read aloud options too for the youngers. This has quickly become a lifesaver on long road trips this summer. Thanks curioso!

If I’m going to share my phone with the neighborhood kids, this is the only reason I’ll do it.

The neighborhood kids are totally hooked on Curioso. No fights, no boredom, just curiosity in overdrive. They dive into books, try to stump the AI hamster with weird animal questions, and somehow manage to have fun while learning.
I don’t even have kids—but the ones who wander over from the block have basically adopted my front yard as a clubhouse. They “help” water my plants (read: drench everything), then beg to use my phone. Normally, that’s a hard no. But with Curioso? I don’t mind at all.
What’s great is how every kid, regardless of age or interests, finds something they love. They explore independently, stay engaged, and even teach each other things. I’ve never seen an app do that before.
So no, I’m not running a community center. But I might be running the best impromptu book club on the street.

A Fun, Educational Gem for Kids (and Parents!)

Curioso has quickly become our go-to app for entertaining my 8-year-old with interesting facts and vibrant animations…everything from animal trivia to space exploration feels fresh and engaging. The content is age-appropriate but clever enough that I actually learn something new alongside my kid. The interface is intuitive, loading feels lightning-fast, and I love how each topic sparks real curiosity (pun intended). Highly recommend for any parent who wants screen time to be both fun and educational!

Perfect mix of fun and learning!

Curioso is engaging and full of fascinating facts that sparked real conversations. I love how it blends playful exploration with thoughtful learning—it’s both educational and genuinely entertaining. What really sets it apart is how it encourages real curiosity, not just passive screen time. The content feels age-appropriate and thoughtfully curated, which gives me real peace of mind. I also love that it adapts to each kid’s interests, so they’re free to explore what truly excites them. Not only do I feel totally comfortable letting them use it on their own—I’m actually excited for them to dive in.
