Great Quality and Customer Service
I’m in Cincinnati, OH and I’ve been ordering from Curl Bible for about 2 years now and I’ve always received my orders within the normal time if not early, the packaging and quality of the products is amazing, I’m here for the card and message Dana puts in each box, love it! Me and my man LOVE the face care products, body butters, and oils. Get into it sis! Find out for yourself how nice this quality is. You won’t regret it. By the way nice job on the updates to the app, I remember the previous version and it was nice too but it’s been nice to see the company grow and become better version of itself along the way. Terrible Customer Service
I ordered two packages on the same day. One delivered and one didn’t. Since the one was returned to curl bible they only issue you an e-gift card. It’s been weeks and I haven’t received it. I also can not get in touch with customer service. The products are ok but not worth it for the price.

Love & Hate
I love to shop here and maybe I will continue, but they do not response back to any email or messages regarding orders that arrived bad, defective or melted. I wish they will have an actual costumer service personnel.
Product quality
I’m writing here because I didn’t see anywhere on the website to leave a reviews. I purchased some items last week and they arrived very quickly hence the two stars. Unfortunately one of the products was defective upon arrival. I emailed the customer service however there was no response. I’m not sure why the response time is not as prompt as was the monetary exchange. If they ever do respond I am unlikely to support this business in the future.

Scam Artist
Literally scammed me out of thousands. The owner of the app has multiple lawsuits against her as well as her husband.
Fraud. Scam. Dishonest.
They messed up my order I placed on May 14, 2020. It took 5 weeks to arrive on June 22, 2020. Only 2 of the 4 items arrived after using the promotion ‘EXTRAGLOWRY’ ... they haven’t responded to my email about it. No private reply for 5 business days means I took it public by leaving the same comment on multiple IG posts by curl bible. I didn’t even use any name calling or profanity. I simply asked them where is their customer service, please respond to my email, etc. They then blocked me on IG. Never fixed the issue. Dishonest. No integrity about taking ownership for their errors & ensuring resolution. More concerned about their public image & their money, than integrity about their errors.

Everything about their platform is fraudulent. Total scam.
Needs improvements
The app often has a hard time loading things when scrolling, and it crashes when it does that and when I try to load the empowerment section. I enjoy the idea and concept of this app very much, but it needs improvements.
