Excellent app

Does far more than what I need. Lots of options, reports etc. Takes a little effort to figure it all out. I’m on my 2nd year and still figuring stuff out.

My biggest pet peeve was it kept changing my shots from hit and stick to hit and roll etc. I finally found the option to disable shot type refinement. I wish that was the default.

Thanks for the kind words. The app is designed to be more than any one coach will ever need, figure out what helps you and your team at their current stage and use it.

Needs a few options

Be able to delete games when practicing how to use, be able to change the percentage score for choices to five levels you want like 20,40,60,80,100,

You can delete games. From within the competition, swipe left to delete. Percentage score is now supported - released as part of v1.5, Jan 2025.

Best app out there for this purpose but…

Needs some work. Would like to see trending for different team, game, competition and lifetime reports and more functionality in slicing and dicing the data.

Mostly Great

This app is an improvement over the original. I have a couple of issues that I have not been able to resolve. I want to turn off automatic scoring as it is incredibly inaccurate. I would rather choose the shot scores myself. The second issue is that the program has a tendency to change the shot called to the shot made. For example, a “Hit and stick” will change to a “Hit and roll” if the rock doesn’t stick in the spot. If I wanted a hit and roll, I would have chosen that. This is only one example. Also, why does this app like Runbacks so much?

While there is no option to fully disable automatic scoring, you can disable the “shot type refinement” in options. In addition if you set the shot type, score, difficulty or turn manually for a shot, Curl Coach 2 will believe you and not change it (for that shot). I will look into an option to fully disable automatic scoring in the future.
