Started using Currencies Direct 5 years ago and have used at least monthly since then. 100% reliable and safe. Always a very helpful person on hand to speak to and to advise. I highly recommend this company.

Paid in £110 and 20 minutes later told by them the money had been withheld by their "compliance team" now fighting to recover that money

Curriencies Direct have been amazing! After my husband died I had to sell my home in Spain and move back to England. During this very difficult time Currencies Direct did everything they could to help me. Their lovely staff collected the bankers draft on the day of the sale to save me paying 4% deposit fee into a Spanish bank. They advised me when best to convert to Sterling and gave me a better exchange rate than the banks were offering without charging me a fee. Then they transferred it from an English bank into my bank, so I wasn’t charged the 2.99% fee for receiving money from a foreign bank. All their staff were so kind and understanding and really helped me. Thank you!

BRILLIANT SERVICE
Not being good with technology (at 73yrs of age), I found trying to complete my transaction for the first time very harrowing, along with being a bit worried about being scammed, until I had spoken to Vishnu for a while, while he was helping me progress my accounts, allowing me to transfer my money safely and correctly.
I kept making mistakes, but he was so patient and calming and got me laughing while he spoke to me constantly while completing my transfer.
