Too many random resets
The app works when it works but it will randomly reset and clears all your favorites. It also constantly says you are offline even though it does in fact fetch the most recent data.
This needs an update ASAP
I have been using this App for a number of years and it works fine but recently it keep saying that I’m offline. Please fix thanks
Works but not updated often
This was my go to currency converter, but it has not been updated in a year as of 4/26. It has a banner that says data is old and that it is not connected to the internet. This seems to be incorrect but it is is distracting and overshadows the interface.
Offline error message
The app always shows a message telling me that I’m offline, and it won’t go away even though I’m online.

Why does it keep saying I am offline and only getting rates from 31st march 2026???!!!

Does not connect to internet
I have been using it for few years but recently it does not work properly and a pop up message comes up that it is off line.
Annoying Banner
The update has an annoying banner saying you are off line and I can’t get rid of the banner that covers data.
Not reliable
Not reliable. It gives information that “you are off line” and provides results from a few days before even I am connected to super fast network. Consumer support is not responding to messages.
Horrible Support
I’ve enjoyed this app as long as it worked, but all of a sudden about a month ago, I started getting banners at the bottom of my screen, saying that I was off-line and the rates were current of …. and would give a date. I was definitely not off-line. I tried to reach out to the developers for help and the only choices you get are absurd. Report a scam, request a refund, etc. No option to report and enter the information about what the problem is. I will look for another app.

Doesn’t update rates - says I’m offline
Won’t update the rates. Says I am offline when I am connected to wifi. However if I click on the ‘i’ in the upper right first more rate details it gives the current rate. Clicking on the ‘view more data’ also gives current rates. Only the main page doesn’t update. Something is wrong.
Deleted/reinstalled - still offline
I had the same issue of being offline, but after deleting and reinstalling it, at least it is offline as of the time of the reinstall and not months and months ago. Please fix, as I have been a happy user for years
Always says offline when it isn’t
The app always says “Offline” even when I can click on the circled i icon and pull up the latest rate in the app.
Issue
The app was very simple and easy. However I keep getting an error message saying that I am offline and rates have not been updating for months now. That’s obviously not true because I am not offline. Please fix this.
Off Libe
It has been off line a week now without updating rates. Not the first time. Fix it !
Always says "not online"
This upgrade came with an error message that says I'm not online even though I am. Your first version of the app was better as well.
