This release focuses on delivering a robust, field-first mobile experience tailored for low-bandwidth environments and incorporates critical workflow enhancements shared by Keenan Murphy. The primary objective is to ensure operational continuity for field technicians in areas with limited connectivity while streamlining job management and client interactions. :signal_strength: Field-First & Offline Capabilities (CUR-2016) To support technicians working in remote or low-connectivity areas (e.g., Park City), we have implemented specialized offline-first behaviors: Low-Bandwidth Optimization: The mobile application has been optimized to function effectively in low-bandwidth conditions, reducing data overhead and improving responsiveness. Auto-Sync Engine: A new auto-sync feature ensures that work orders and data captured during offline periods are automatically synchronized with the server once a stable connection is re-established. Data Integrity & Transitions: Technicians can now transition between offline and online states seamlessly without data loss, ensuring that all field updates are accurately reflected in the back-office system. :spiral_calendar_pad: Core Job & Scheduling Enhancements (CUR-2098) Based on feedback from Keenan, we have refined the job creation and scheduling workflows to provide greater flexibility: Advanced Recurring Logic: The system now automatically suggests the first service day based on the initial selection for recurring jobs. Added support for bi-weekly and monthly recurrence patterns. Extended recurring time periods to include custom options and longer time frames (2, 4, and 6 years). Flexible Job Creation: The "Time Range" field is no longer mandatory during job creation, allowing for the scheduling of non-time-sensitive tasks. Schedule Management: Automated Cleanup: Closed jobs are now automatically removed from technician schedules to maintain a clean workspace. Job Reinstatement: Users now have the ability to reinstate closed jobs and mark them as active if required. Visit Management: Technicians and admins can now create or remove visits directly from the active job section, providing better control over field operations. :zap: Workflow & Client Profile Improvements We have introduced several shortcuts and friction-reduction features to improve the overall user experience: Client Profile Shortcuts: Integrated quick-action buttons within the client profile to allow the immediate creation of Requests, Quotes, Jobs, or Invoices directly from the relevant client section. Quote-to-Job Conversion: Resolved a data mapping issue where the quote/job title failed to populate when converting an approved quote into a job. Frictionless Quote Approval: Clients can now approve quotes via email or text without being forced to log into the portal, significantly reducing friction in the sales cycle. :hammer_and_wrench: Technical Improvements & Bug Fixes Android Compliance: Updated the application to comply with the 16KB memory page size requirement for Android. UI Refinement: Resolved an issue where images were being cut off on the feedback completion pop-up. Data Visibility: Fixed minor bugs related to data visibility across the Quote and Job modules.
