Restaurant is great but app is buggy.
App crashed a bunch and wouldn’t let me delete my credit card. It gave an error that it had expired but didn’t give the option to update it.
App is terrible, but the restaurant is great
I was with a group of four, and 3/4 orders did not go through due to technology issues in the app. It looks like there is a problem with reading the cards for the order to go through.

I like that it shows pictures of the food that are of much better quality and most food delivery applications.
Unable to place order
I have been trying to place an order for 30 minutes and I keep getting the error unable to verify basket. Tried uninstalling reinstalling and doing the whole thang. Broken app if it cant do the ONE function it needs to
Great option for quick Indian food
I have ordered dozens of times from Curry Up Now. Their variety and quality of food is exceptional, as well as their service. If you don’t have time to sit for a long lunch or dinner but still want really good Indian food, Curry Up Now is a great option.

Worst delivery ever
We enjoy CUN’s food, but the delivery is TERRIBLE. We have had our food stolen, driven around for hours and so on. It never arrives. Will not be ordering again. If you try to call the restaurant you get connected to a text bot that can’t help you find your order. Infuriating.

We have eaten here many times. Almost weekly during the pandemic. We haven’t been here in a few months.

Food is great but delivery fee is outrageous!
$8 delivery fee for a $20 order is too much.
App needs improvement
While placing an order tips get added by default and there is no option to update it
Second, promo says get $5 off on first order but I couldn’t find a code to add, and neither it was added automatically. Such promos are misleading and not helpful in building customer trustworthiness

Can’t change tip amount
I am unable to change the tip amount. I don’t appreciate being forced a tip amount. I used to be able to change the tip a few weeks ago (mid-January 2022). I can’t change the tip when I’m in my cart, and after I add my payment info, the order is placed.
Also wish there was a continue as guest option. Not sure why I’m forced to create an account.

No way to get refunds for messed up orders.
Beware, if they mess up your order, there’s no obvious way in the app to get a refund for the missing items.

I canceled my order by calling the restaurant and they mentioned you won’t be charged for the order but they charged me any ways and no customer support is available on the app.
They sent out the flyer with my previous doordash order about this app and how it would be without any charges. I checked the price on doordash, uber eats and this app and they turned out to be same cost, so save yourself from reimbursement procedure pain and order from doordash or uber eats directly.

Store provides no service ! Useless app. I get a text saying order cancelled but app shows as about to be delivered.

Easy and intuititive
App is easy to with with pics and the ability to scroll through the screens.
