Send the sensor the information about your exercise as well as the information about the execution of the exercise.
Offset
Give the sensor a moment to calibrate to your device.
Weight setting
Let the sensor know what weights you have on the device. The sensor tells you which weight you have selected.
With these 4 steps, the sensor can be optimally adjusted to your device and your exercise.
