App not working

Worked great. Now saying I don’t have an account, won’t send a forgot password, attempted to create a new one and half the buttons don’t work so it won’t let me. Filling out the info multiple times to try to get it to work is too frustrating to even deal with anymore

Stubborn User Interface

I just wanted to check out the app without having to create an account.

I caved and started to create account but you have to enter your license info.

I get the necessity if I am a user, but as someone who just wants to check the app out, I don’t want to be forced to create an account and give sensitive info just to see how the service works…
