Promising in Time
I really want to love this app and I do for many reasons, but I did get a random $49 charge and it keeps glitching to say I can’t upload more than one document per incident.. even though I have on other logged incidents and have the pro version that allows up to five documents each. I’ve emailed twice and haven’t heard back in over two weeks.
