Great concept but some features do not work
Downloaded, added 392 different pencils. Paid the fee. Cannot bring up the list of colors I have entered for the palette. Went to guide, no solution. Followed directions and the list option doesn’t appear. So much work for now reward. I paid for this. I so wanted it to work, please help or refund

Asked for some help, but was totally ignored!
No Customer Support
I was interested in this app based on what its initial capabilities could do for someone learning to color. The app has a lot of potential. After I attempted to load my colored pencils into the app, I kept getting a message that I could only add 12 colors. In addition, I could not delete or edit the color pallet I initially created.
I contacted support on the developer’s Facebook page and via email, but the developer did not respond. I want a full refund due to the lack of support.

No Mobile support!
I’ve paid for both this app and colored pencil picker 12 and neither app offers support for questions or problems! If you’re gonna create an app and not offer support, at least create a decent tutorial!
Need more brands
I sent in a request to add Castle Arts pencils. Waiting to see if they will.

Add the ability to duplicate a pallet
I have ALL my pencils on one pallet, but would love the ability to duplicate a pallet, then remove or add colors if there is a brand I don’t want to use in a particular peice I’m woring on
Doesn’t work
I downloaded this on iPad and it doesn’t work at all. I have the free colored pencil picker and it works great. I don’t know the problem with this one.
Bad...Bad...Bad...
I got the original app a while back, used it a bit and went back to it today to use it again. It was locked up and the owner of it want’s 12 dollars and change to unlock it. It was an OK app in the beginning, but certainly not 12+ dollars worth. Goodbye!
This is a fantastic app
I use this all the time with my pastel pastels. Pencil, sticks and panpastels. You need to make sure that You take good photos in the correct lighting and I get great results. I don’t have all the sets so it picks out the colors that I have to make the best choice.
Wasted hours of my time
Spent hours putting my pencil collection in, didn’t save them. Great.
