Amazing customer service

Our family lives Custom Paws. Our Great Dane Pepper has been getting her nail trims here for about 4 years. She had had some bad experiences at other nail trim places and was nervous at first but now she gets excited when we go. Everyone is caring and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

We were blown away with the absolute best care they provided for our 3 pets! The app was easy to use they communicated through their stay! They were amazing with our high anxiety doodle! So amazing to have such a gem in La Grange!!

My dogs aren’t scheduled for boarding for at least a month, so this review is strictly about the app. Whoever designed this app….bravo 👏 As someone retired from technology, I appreciate a user-friendly, intuitive, and well designed app. Hats off to these developers.

They pulled a last minute cancellation

They cancelled the night before a week long trip at 8pm on a Friday because they had overbooked. Don’t believe the reviews go elsewhere.
