The system consists of two parts: a web-based dashboard and the kiosk application. Surveys are created and managed in the web dashboard, where administrators can configure questions, upload custom images, set conditional logic between questions, and monitor results. The kiosk app is installed on a tablet and is used to collect responses from customers. Administrators can customize survey questions, upload their own response icons or images, and build dynamic question flows based on previous answers. All responses are synchronized with the web platform, where real-time statistics and analytics are available.
