My orders never came… (might change if it comes)

So, I ordered a shirt on this app back in September, while it was past the date that it estimated, it still came, the next shirt was ordered on 11/17/25, it’s close to 2026 and it never flippin’ came… Now I’m worried for the hoodie and other shirt I ordered because they might never come… Please fix this darn app whoever made it and email if it’s getting delayed or cancelled because I either want the shirt, or a damn refund!

I love this App if it would work

Scam

I created and ordered and item. I received an invoice right away but thats the only thing l received.
When l didnt receive anything else about my purchase, no tracking number , no update, I tried sending them an email which bounced back.
I called the phone number in the invoice, nobody picked up.
I am really sad that l spent all that time to create a product for nothing.
Such a shame!

Someone that bought product from me hasn’t received their package yet and you guys stopped replying to all of his emails so I feel like he got scammed and it’s been well over 48 hours and I have not received my money and my email has not been read or opened by you guys so please get it together

Great concept, horrible design (glitchy, annoying to use)

This is the only legit app to design clothes. I wish they beta tested it for all of the problems, however. Photos come out descaled and different colors when you upload your design. If the app didn’t have multiple problems would be five stars.

Why I rate it 3 stars

So I like it and all my stuff that I am making is really good but when it comes to setting up my card it says “ No such token”. So I would want you guys to fix that so the money can go to my card.

I love this app

I surely like the fact you can make your own outfits. and other things to. but I’m little disappointed they don’t have the option you can make something for your frubabys. and if there was an option the would be awesome. and nice because I would definitely can say I’ll continue showing my support if they can add dogs or cats on here to make something for our frubabys.

Website suspended

I downloaded this app designed some stuff and launched it on the first of the month
I got a few messages about the store link not working so I looked into it and your website says the domain is suspended. What’s going on?
Why can’t we access your site?
Seems like y’all just took my designs and my customers money and ran.

A scam

DO NOT use this app!!! Ordered a hoodie, never received the item , no communication returned from the company in regards to where it is or a refund. They never sent any tracking information either. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS APP! You will be scammed

Adding text

When you’re adding text to a product once you hit done you cannot tap on it again if you have a typo. It’s very annoying I really tried 10 times just because I can’t edit the text. Please fix!
