Seamless Interface for Customer
Works great. The last review is really old. I don’t have any issues with the app and it works exactly as described. The people at SalesVu are always very helpful if I have questions and respond right away.
TERRIBLE & NOT AS DESCRIBED!
Once downloaded, this app doesn’t do even half of what it supposed to do! Loyalty? Tip screen? Signature screen? NONE! I connect this to my Square account, and the only thing it does is show the transaction details AFTER customer already paid, and there’s even a 10 seconds delay from completed payment to the order showing up on the SalesVu app. I downloaded this thinking I could use this as Customer Display for customers to sign and tip, but none of those features work! In fact, this app is worse than Square’s own Customer Display feature that you can get for FREE! At least the Square Customer Display app actually show the order details as you select the items, not after payment. Overall, this app is USELESS! Oh, by the way, contacting the SalesVu app Support is also USELESS. They quickly respond when you ask about signing up, but when asked about these missing features, they went silent and ignore you. Excellent customer service, SalesVu *sarcasm*
