Misleading
Every time I get a survey for 100 points I only get 10 and I’ve been doing this for a couple years! And if you email and ask why they never give a legitimate answer! The surveys don’t work a lot of the time and you don’t get the 200 and 500 point surveys it shows on here ever!
Don’t bother
Gift card redemption has been broken since at least April with no help from support. They don’t even answer emails anymore.

Worst app ever
I have tried to get into my app and it wouldn’t let me in. Uninstalled and reinstalled app many times. Have talked with help desk tech and have gotten no where. I am getting closer to get the 50.00 gift card but probably won’t get one because somehow with this app being so messed up they won’t give it to me! I feel like it’s a scam

Enjoy most of the questionnaires but it’s hard to get to them. You are always losing my password. It’s fun but ridiculously hard to use

The Great Value brand of products.
Walmart has done an awesome job of making the Great Value brand an everyday purchase. I buy just about everything I need from the Great Value brand name. I’m very impressed with Walmart for their products and availability from the Great Value brand of products. Keep up the great product development.

I absolutely love doing surveys on this.
Not functioning properly
I never had problems with this app in this past. However, the app has recently been experiencing numerous problems. I cannot load the periodic surveys anymore. I can only load the weekly surveys, and even those are sporadic. I contacted customer support, but I have not received any assistance. I guess this requested app review popped up on the wrong or right day—depending how you look at it.

I love this app but you do not get your gift cards. I was getting them to start off with but the last three I never received. I have notified them several times

Hasn’t worked in MONTHS!
I haven’t been able to log into my account for months now. I have reached out to CS via email several times, jumping through ridiculous hoops (they wanted step by step screenshots of my entire login process, which I did!) for them, changed my password 7 or 8 times, and getting zero actual help. They haven’t responded in 6 weeks.
