Surveys aren’t loading
I am getting notifications to complete surveys for extra points and the surveys won’t load. This is making me miss out on the points. Please fix this! It happens on the app and the website.
Good app but buggy
It’s a good app and the premise is awesome. With that being said it’s very buggy doesn’t load very well and just overall is very slow but other than that I really like the app!
Issues with everything
First off everytime you try to do a survey it says sorry something went wrong and it won’t open no matter what you do. I mean you can try and back out and go back in and still get the same issue.

Exceptional app love & enjoy the survey’s & activities they give us to do every other week gives me something to do & look forward to doing & receiving rewards for it as well !! Walmart is my favorite store as well .

Unfortunately, the “new” weekly quests aren’t working. Using iPhone SE (3rd Generation) and getting “something went wrong. There was a problem loading the survey. Please try again.”

Pay attention to your points
This app slowed down and got extremely poor after they disappeared for about 3 months last year. Dropped the points for each quests to 20 points each, now we still aren’t getting our points. I was only rewarded for one quest out of 3 and I reached out to customer service who claimed they fixed the issue and they did not. Formerly, we used to get about 60 or 80 points per quests, now it’s 20 and they are playing with that as well. It had to be a Walmart thing because even their Spark Driver app dropped the pay so bad that people can’t work like they used to to make a decent wage. The only thing that hasn’t dropped is Walmart’s prices. Delete this app if you are not fond of being used by Walmart.

Garbage app and worse customer service
I have not received the last 3 gift cards and your customer service is a joke. “We’ll look into this” and nothing ever happens. If I was this awful at my job, I would be fired.
Enjoyable
Pretty good app overall. The questionnaires are quick and easy for the most part. They don’t take up too much time and are easy to understand and go through. I wish there was the ability to use whatever amount of funds you have available instead of waiting until you reach $5 and $10 increments at a time.

Every time I get a survey for 100 points I only get 10 and I’ve been doing this for a couple years! And if you email and ask why they never give a legitimate answer! The surveys don’t work a lot of the time and you don’t get the 200 and 500 point surveys it shows on here ever!
Don’t bother
Gift card redemption has been broken since at least April with no help from support. They don’t even answer emails anymore.
