VERY UNHAPPY
It charged me 49.99 and I have no way of getting a refund when I didn’t even subscribe to this! Very furious and demand this issue to be solved!

OK so if I wanted to crop my video for a Roblox dance for my new character to show off on tiktok!!!!! IT COSTS PREMIUM just to crop a video !!! I hate this app please don’t make it premium

Three words to start this off.. What.The.Hell.
I thought people said this app and many other cropping apps were reliable but turns out they are ALL horrible. This one failed to load correctly and gave me a weird crop that I didn’t even make, and ofc right after, not even letting me try other things, it asks me to pay for the crappie job it has done. NOT TO MENTION ALL THE GLITCHES IT ALSO PROVIDES (thanks!!) Sure I could do a trial but that only lasts uhh somewhere around a 5-7 days. Yeah sure paying 1-2 bucks every week doesn’t seem that bad but do you seriously think I’m going to be using this app that often?? Honestly though Spotify has a better deal than this bs. It gives me time to think about it if I wanna cancel and just deal with shuffle play. This though... Nah this is just unacceptable and just all around cruel. Be better you guys, and let people ACTUALLY try your crappie app before trying to force them into buying anything. NO one will buy your stuff if you shove your “buy this for better experience“ down their throats. So let this be a lesson for other app providers out there.. ESPECIALLY the ones trying to create cropping apps.
