Couldn’t see what it does before it asked to buy IAPs

I tried clipping a few things and those 3 items unlocked. I still don’t get what is exactly supposed to happen as I went to try to do something else and it said after clipping 3 items I had already run out of “buttons” , then prompted me to buy more. I didn’t even get to see a preview of any sort of one doll, with the items I clipped out. So it seems unusable as it is.
