Ugly logo on the videos
There’s an ugly logo they put on the video, even if you pay the monthly fee.

I was really excited for this app but every time it cuts my stories, the videos are just black.

NO FREE TRIAL!! They Lie!!
Even though this app claims they offer a free trial, don’t bother. They do not. I just added a 60 sec video, it split it into 15 sec segments ok. It gave options to either save it to device or share to IG. When I click save it takes me directly to the UPGRADE NOW page.
Just because of their greed & dishonesty I will be deleting this app. Not cool. Especially in todays time, with a gazillion other & better apps out there!
Quit being CHEAP & let your first timers at least TRY ONE video for Pete’s sake! Geez. Nothing worse than a greedy app! No time for this! Moving on… you lost me.

Crashes & contact link in app is garbage
I paid for the full version and after importing your media, it immediately shuts down and crashes when you click “split video”. The report bug link in their contact link within the app goes to a bad email. During the one week free trial it worked great which is why I paid for the full version. Canceling now!

Bugs
Very simple concept of an app. But there’s a lot of annoying bugs. If you share from the app, more than likely you’ll get a clip that fails to upload, so you’ll have to re-upload the entire thing. If you download to your photo gallery some clips will be out of order, or there will be an extra clip added for some reason (duplicate).

Tried with a normal iPhone video and it crashed upon import
Makes you pay, no way to stop purchase
I tried this app to split videos and post them in my stories. First, when downloading app it doesn’t say in app purchase. Second, you split video and then it says 3 day trial. Third, no way to stop subscription. Total scam!
Frustrating to use
Everytime I go to use this app it says I have to restore my purchase. Then when I do load a video up and click to save it it kicks me out after I save one 15 second section then I have to go back and do it all over again! Download, split video save, get kicked out and start over again. It’s frustrating! It’s great to have it split up but frustrating to use.

They act like it will cut your stories. Even after you pay it still makes you re upload all vids and save them one at a time. Such a waste

I paid for the upgrade now it’s not letting me share the story. Keeps asking me to upgrade but I already am.

It’s annoying to find yet another app that when you finish with your video they ask for $1.99/mo after a 3-day free trial 🙄

Trying to cancel subscription and there’s no place on app to do that. Email goes to an account that does not exist. Fraud!
