I never received my money from it I had two winnings that I withdraw and I haven't seen a dim from it and just now I withdraw 10.000 and I never received it either it's supposed to be right away but never seen it in my PayPal

I love this game, theirs one problem with , when cash out I made 1,000, I have not received any payment from this game, I read all reviews OayPak account is 0, Cash app is 0 no money for since January 1, 2024 not received a cent. The game is great play, I am on 10 other games not received a cent since January 1 , 2024, now almost March 1, not a cent

Unable to obtain gems
I am very frustrated as I have been playing game and waiting the appropriate time etc to cash out. Now is tells me to collect gems. I have never seen this option to collect gems and get no explanation of how this is done. Getting ready to delete if I continue to receive no response.
