Pay the artist‽ Of course!
Am I shocked, saddened, disgusted, irritated, amused, bemused, annoyed or … when people complain they have to *pay the artist* for stickers! Of course you do. A local chocolate shop gives out samples. Would you expect to swan in after your sample and choose one of whatever series of chocolates you'd just had then exit without paying? Well, why not?
I prefer knowing how many stickers, or what %-age will be free before I pick up the pack because they're generally top ones. If I don't like the first 6, 9 or 12 I'll never use them and never decide to buy the full set.

№ 2. Deleting from your phone: this may not help the complaintant🤷🏼♀️ but someone else. Open settings, select "iPhone storage". You'll see a simple graph of memory utilization. Below is a list of your apps. Click on a name; most give a choice of "off-loading" or deleting. iMessage apps are pretty tiny so they'll be toward the end of the list. If you have a lot, check the size of the app you're looking for so you can find it easily. Simply choose "off-load" or "delete".

It's possible to hide iMessage stickers too. I hide holiday stickers in the off-season, for example.
