Can’t withdrawal
I have play this game for years. Now it says I cant withdraw because of suspicious activity on my account. I have asked for support but can’t get an answer or any help. Do I guess I’ve won all I am supposed to.
Disappointed
I have been utilizing this app for several years, but recently I was informed that I am no longer permitted to use it for what I believe to be an unjust reason. I attempted to reach out to their support team, but they communicated that no changes could be made. Consequently, I felt compelled to write this review and cannot recommend this app to others, as I am quite disappointed with my experience.

Had this app before did fine the longer I played and cashed out they blocked my account could not play or cash out, they updated their app and after a year I redownloaded the app a few days ago played for a few hours and they have now blocked me and told me the decision was final and forever. Pathetic people!! Nothing but LIARS AND SCAMMERS!

Fun games
Play gams and I only way I get any points on app is if I press on. Video for +3000 playing games isn’t giving me anything on this app. Download Sortify Color blast and have been playing it for a hour and got no points so I am deleting it I will download again when I get get points for game play.
Worst ever experience
Splayed for a while earned a little money went to cash out only to find out they locked my cash out and have no explanation why customer support just replied with some b/s Response so it’s a bid waste of time just delete this app if you downloaded

Fake scam app
Real apps tell you exactly how much you make and don’t make you watch 300 ads for 25¢ if you want to make some real money try out Evermore Arcade you’ll make way more on there.

Banned for no reason
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was banned without any valid reason. When I contacted support for help and to understand the situation, I was simply told that the decision was 'irreversible'.
What's most absurd is that they are unable to provide any evidence or explanation regarding the reason for the ban. This is a completely unfair practice: you are arbitrarily excluded and they refuse to justify their action. If you are looking for a transparent service that respects its users, look elsewhere.

OK, I have updated my stars to -0. I opened my account last week and it said that I had been locked out. I communicated with them. Then I got an email from them that said they canceled my account which couldn’t be undone. That’s OK. I don’t use you much anyway. Just a heads up to those who do download this app to look out don’t expect payment from them all the time and if you do get locked out even if you communicate with them and haven’t done anything wrong, they will cancel your account. JustPlay is much much better. And I haven’t had any issues with them. Also try out Eureka their limit to withdrawal is only $5 as to where Benjamin’s is 20 or 25. I’m not sure. Just trying to save y’all the heartbreak if you wanna call it that. Isn’t that going to be something when they realize their system has been hacked while accusing their followers of what? And why would I have any other concerns to come to you about? It’s looks like you need a new tech person. The following are the emails they sent. Look familiar? According to a LOT of recent reviews this is happening to almost everyone.

My account is blocked for something I did not do. Can't tell me what violation it was and on discord other people are having the same issue.i have $2.13 I can't claim. Good game if your the lucky few
I have been with this game for several years and it was legit. My wife played as well and she banked some good money. We were hardly with it and advertised to friends and family. Then there was the issue where they had the system failure we couldn’t play for a while. Last month jan 2026 we found it came back online and out balances were still intact. We started playing until my wife was unable to withdraw due to “anti-chit”. About 2 weeks later it happened to me as well. I emailed support and after three emails back and forth they told me that were triggered the anti-chit and they are sorry that there is nothing they can do by policy. It’s unfortunate because the games are fun but if your one of the lucky one that can play cash out often before they steal your earrings. I emailed to ask how we triggered the anti-chit but have but received a response

AVOID APP DO NOT DOWNLOAD
I signed up to this app after a friend said how good it was, I followed all the apps instructions downloaded the game via the app like instructed started playing and earning. I went to withdraw and found my account had been blocked. After contacting cuze they told me “we won’t be lifting restrictions on your account for the safety of all our players” im sorry the safety of your players from me just playing a game your app told me to download…… I done nothing wrong in the app or game and have screenshots to prove this when I replied asking what I had actually done wrong they refused to tell me why and just kept replying saying about the safety of their players. After reading all the other reviews I realise it is very common for them to block accounts when people accumulate a nice reward. Therefore you’re clearly a scam app. Avoid at all costs dont waste your time. Stick to FreeCash and TesterApp if you’re looking to earn whilst playing as those two are the best paying reward apps. If I could rate this app zero stars I would. Appalling that they treat players like this who have done nothing wrong,
