App locks my account
Every time I try to use the app, I get a message that my account has been locked and I must reset the password (yes, I’m putting in the correct password - I can be logged in on my laptop with the same password that gives me the lock message on the app). If I go through that process it will let me in, but it’s ridiculous to have to reset my password every time. I usually just avoid the app, but mobile deposit only works for me using the app, not the website. Very frustrating.

Much improved app but still having issues
So this app is amazing compared to the last one. You are now able to do etransfers from the app, check deposits, and pay bills. They took the app from something I could have written at 12 in my programming class and made it user friendly and much better. The only draw back is the app will not save the password so Face ID is moot as I have to enable it every single time which defeats the purpose. If they fix the Face ID issue I will come back and update it to 5 stars.
