Cancelé mi suscripción hace meses, pero esta página siguió cobrando 19.99 USD sin mi autorización. Ya me han hecho estos cargos en dos ocasiones, incluso después de haber cancelado correctamente.
Mi banco confirmó que estos pagos no pueden ser reembolsados por ellos porque el comercio los tiene “suscritos”, por lo que CV Wizard es el único responsable de devolverme mi dinero, cosa que todavía no ha hecho.
Es injusto, abusivo y poco transparente. Estoy muy insatisfecho con este servicio y no lo recomiendo.

Absolutely Terrible Experience!
I canceled my subscription a long time ago, yet this website keeps trying to charge me over and over again! This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. There’s no clear way to stop the payments, no proper customer support, and absolutely zero respect for users. It’s outrageous that I have to constantly monitor my bank account just to make sure you’re not stealing my money. I will never use this service again and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from it. Worst experience ever!

Haziran ayından beridir aboneliğimi aynı gün iptal ettiğime rağmen hesabımdan para çekiliyor farkında değildim. Haziran ayında 99,00₺ Temmuz ayında 99,00₺ Ağustos ayında 299,00₺ ve Eylül ayında 299,00₺ yani toplam 796₺ haberim olmadan para çekilmeye devam edildi. Konuyla ilgilenilmesini istiyorum.
