CW-FIT, or Class-Wide Function-related Intervention Teams, is a classroom management and coaching system designed to help educators create positive, predictable, and engaging learning environments. The CW-FIT mobile app helps authorized teachers, coaches, and school teams collect classroom observation data, review classroom interactions, and receive AI-supported feedback on CW-FIT implementation. The app can help users: - Record classroom observations - Review observation data before scoring is finalized - Receive AI-supported scoring and feedback - Identify praise and reprimand patterns - Review classroom interaction summaries - Track implementation fidelity over time - Support coaching conversations - Support school or district CW-FIT implementation CW-FIT feedback is designed to support reflection, coaching, and continuous improvement.
