Excellent app to supplement the Cwrs mynediad
£4-99 doesn't buy the whole course - Completely wasted my money.
It was not clear that only the first 10 units were included in the app. Subsequent units require additional purchases. I am not an absolute beginner, so wouldn't gave purchased the app if this had been clearly stated. £4-99 completely wasted!

It was priced like that so that people did not have to pay the full price for the app at once - 10 units would cover several terms of learning with the app. As a few people did not find that clear, we now sell it with all 30 units included at a higher price.
Very disappointing
Very disappointing. I have taken this course previously in a class room setting so this was my obvious choice for an app to help me out. However the voice was too quiet to hear there was no structure no explaining or guidance to what you were actually repeating. Defiantly a waste of money!!!!!!

Our app responds to both the volume button and the mute button on your phone. If you go into the app and adjust those two things, it should work fine.

I love his app. Very useful for a tongue-tied Englishman learning Welsh. I highly recommend this app. Only one sore point, can we have it for the iPad please. Otherwise it would have been five stars all the way. Excellent!
Disappointed !!!
Great app when purchased through iTunes but the units I purchased through the app itself (units 11-20 & 21 -30) didn't work on both iPhone & iPad I tried to rectify it & now they have disappeared completely . Contacted support but sadly haven't received a reply.
Well worth the cost
Bought this as a starter to see if I thought it worth investing in evening classes. You'd probably get the best out of this app if doing the accompanying course - which in all fairness is how it's described. But as a stand alone app it's really helping me with the pronunciation, love how you can record yourself and compare, go back and try again until you get it. Great for iPhone as the units are short and can be done over coffee break - or on the train if you don't mind the looks of other passengers! I thought twice about buying it as it's not cheap but I am really pleased and can't wait to surprise my Welsh-speaking grandchildren when I next phone them.

The best out there
This is the best app on the store that I have come across. Great units introducing a great range of skills. Using listening, reading, speaking, translating to help you remember. They even provide a small script to practice.
Separated grammar lists for each unit and universally.

The best app for Welsh Learnig
I've been using this app now since it came out it's really useful to go back and work on the fundamentals. I'm on Cwrs Canolradd and hopefully the guys from Prifysgol Aberystwyth will complete the set. Another idea would be to get the Welsh Oxford dictionary on the IPhone. I didn't think this app could get any better but it has. The revision flash cards are outstanding, I get my wife testing me everywhere I go and its handy in work. Hope the next cwrs follows quickly

I am actually on Sylfaen un now but I found this great to go back, revise, recap, strengthen and practise. Can we have a sylfaen version please? :-)
