Credit where credit is due

Is CxAlloy a perfect product? In my opinion, no, but we’re talking about a very complex system that it accomplishes well and almost always without issue. The iOS app is brilliant

I wholeheartedly give it a perfect rating because their support is top notch, responding usually in a matter of minutes, and worst case a couple of hours.

I’m still learning tips and tricks every day but I do enjoy being able to utilize the iOS app on iPhone and an iPad while also on a web version on my work laptop and everything on all 3 devices (with a little patience) is updated.

Equipment slider freezes

After the recent update I have been noticing that the Equipment slider under Assets/Equipment will freeze after updating the selected equipment checklist or status. Have to select a different tab and then go back into equipment to fix and unfreeze the slider to view the full amount of equipment in the select location.

Sync is horrible. Basic functionality of tying assets together is non existent. At work we call it CxAnnoy.

CXALLOY customer support excellent

When it comes to technical applications of specific purpose built software, we have had a lot of experience dealing with customer service. CxAlloy has been excellent at exceeding expectations specifically sharing what and how it can do certain things as well as what they are planning for future rollouts. Sometimes it is as important to know limitations and plans as well as features so one can best understand how to make the most out of software. I highly recommend CxAlloy to owners, contractors and commissioning professionals alike.

Best Quality Assurance and Commissioning App

CxAlloy is hands down the best app for documenting, tracking and generally staying on top of quality assurance on building construction projects. Designed for commissioning it’s uses go far beyond that. The user interface is intuitive and elegantly designed. The system is designed with the user in mind, minimizing clicks to navigate and making it easy to share observations with other team members.

App continues to crash

When I’m writing up a field observation report in CxAlloy, it will slow down and crash, losing the progress I made. It is also difficult to add issues and take photos without it crashing. It makes it difficult to be efficient while in a job site.
