Show Current Order Leg Details for IFD: IFD done orders will show relevant information for each leg in the trade summary screens. The information for the first leg will be shown until the leg is fully complete. Only when the first leg is fully complete will the details for the second leg be shown. Cancel linked 'Open Orders' when Closing a position: When closing a position, the user should have option to close any open orders linked to that position. Removed Zero Bars from Charts: Remove bars from chart when any of the bar values (open/high/low/close) is zero.
