Failure
Terrible service. Didn’t get a ticket link for the one night event I desperately wanted to watch. I had to buy another ticket! And the producer of the film said I could watch it again for 24 hours afterwards but I can’t get in. Terrible app. I hope the producers of Wild Lands Wild Horses never use this service again! No sound on live event
I bought a ticket for a live event that included watching a newly released movie. I did have to go through quite a bit of maneuvering to join. I could hear movie, but could not hear any of the live event. Very disappointed.
Add promo code option
You need to add a promo code option now since going to cya website forces you to use the app but no option to enter promo code. Fix this now
Disappointed App not working
Signed up for a screening of a short film. So disappointed the App is not working. Circling around. Had created an account several days ago. Tried joining tonight with Apple. That doesn’t work either. What is going on????

Desktop is more reliable than the app
This app needs a lot of work. CYA works great on a desktop/laptop and I really enjoyed my live watch tonight with Griffin Newman and the Action Boyz, but I almost missed it before I gave up on the app.
Terrible app
You do not get a ticket link to whatever show you purchase. I had to buy a second ticket, then when my show went live they suggest you login on a laptop. Guess what, that means you need to pay for another ticket.
Does not work
The link for a live screening which worked fine on my (ancient) iMac does not even show the live stream for the film, only the message, “Nothing is here yet.” And CYA will not let me open the live stream in Safari on my iPhone.
Failure for our group
We registered for a special event tonight. Downloaded app and tested it by watching content Saturday. Seemed to work. Tonight, constant cycle of clicking on our registration email, which opens the downloaded app, see our event with a “join now” button, touch that button and a PopUp asks us to open the app, WHICH IS OPEN! Then that takes us to a screen showing no live events. We’ve tried with 2 confirmation emails on 3 devices at least 50 times each. I have screen captures of every step. Extremely disappointed.

I cannot get the video I am watching on my pc to show up in the app.
Invalid date of birth?
Hi I am just checking out the app and trying to enter my date of birth for December 31 1973 but it is invalid ? That makes no sense! Please fix this! Thank you.
Super Exciting!
This platform is pretty awesome! Watching movies and shows live with celebs like you’re on the couch with them! Can’t wait for original live programming! I’m really excited!
