Garbage Software
Horrible is simply not the right word. An hour on the phone with outsourced “tech” support and the solution is to uninstall and reinstall…wait an hour…and try it again. It endless conflicts with Apple products…WHY?
This App Needs Work!
App is required for VPN access while traveling, yet won’t work most of the time. Have had to uninstall App, cycle power, reinstall App and the “magically” it works.
If it’s a new All release, why can’t we simply update the App (like almost every other App) and have it work?
Call center needs help as well. First tech had limited idea what the issue was and made recommendations which made no sense. Second call and second tech suggested the uninstall/reinstall trick. He likewise had no idea what the first tech was talking about.
Please make this easier and more user friendly. Our clients deserve better.

If you have to use this software just know it's not user friendly, their customer support is ridged and refuses to fix problems we have been having for 3 plus years now. If you are planning on using this on an iPad or iPhone expect it to not work.

After about 20 minutes of work around after they miss your scheduled appointment for a call. All around bad app that might as well drop apple devices coverages

It "works" with chrome only, so don't expect to be able to use the specialized safari items on iPads.

Garbage app
BD requires but causes more issue than safety. Does not function well with websites and BD want to outsource and that causes more conflicts. I look like an idiot trying to get into client accounts. Stuck in an office because BD sold this garbage.
Hassle
Stopped working on my phone. No forgot password option or doesn’t work. Too slow to get back to website if at all!
Worst App Ever
I can’t do my job without coming in contact with Entreda. It takes me hours, sometimes days, to log into my firm’s website because of having to download Entreda, enter my credentials, have
Entreda ignore my username and password and then, for no rhyme or reason, if i try long enough, I get in.
Horrible.

It doesn’t work
My company requires it. Unfortunately it does not work on my iPad Pro even though they profess if does in their advertising. I asked for support a month ago and continually am told “the engineers” are working on it. As an app for iPads it’s total garbage.
Terrible VPN
To be clear, I don’t have another VPN to compare this to. I have no issues on my desktop, just mobile.
I use the app because I am forced to through work. Ever since I downloaded it, my data has been extremely problematic. At first it was just a long lag when I was on WiFi. Now my phone can’t even open any app on a regular cell signal if there is a known WiFi signal available, even if I try to turn off the WiFi on the phone level.

Poor support means it doesn’t work
My broker/dealer requires us to have this on our PCs and mobile devices to log on. One time while just traveling with my iPad, Entreda had a problem and I could not log on to get a client some money. I called Entreda support which they tout as world class. I was told that someone would call me within 24 hours? Really? That’s world class? I’m making phone calls during breaks from a conference and they want to call me at their convenience? Hardly world class support. I did get my problem solved with another phone call. The head of cyber security at my b/d added me to a white list of users that did not have to use Entreda. Entreda also sounds like intrude, which it clearly does. Buh-bye!
