We take allegations like this seriously and want to be very clear: we have never fabricated reviews or used anyone’s identity to promote this app. All reviews shown on the App Store are submitted directly through Apple’s review system and cannot be created or edited by developers. We have no ability to post reviews on behalf of users. Additionally, this app does not collect, sell, or misuse personal information. Data handling practices are fully disclosed in our App Privacy section and comply with Apple’s App Store policies. If the reviewer believes there has been an error or misuse of their name, we encourage them to report it directly to Apple so it can be investigated through the proper channel. All questions in CyberExamPrep are written and reviewed against the current CompTIA exam objectives and are updated on a rolling basis as objectives change. Accuracy and relevance are a core focus of the platform. If a user believes a specific question is outdated or incorrect, we encourage them to contact us with details so it can be reviewed and corrected if needed. Feedback like that directly improves the app. We remain committed to providing up-to-date, exam-aligned study material and appreciate constructive input from our users.
