I don’t EVER do reviews

BUT I HAD TO MAKE AN EXCEPTION. I’m extremely impressed with the SUPPORT and dedication shown by this team of exceptional developers. And this browser has performed beyond my expectations.

Stopped working

VPN stopped loading then told me I didn’t have a subscription after getting one for 18 months. I tried to get refund but no luck. “Customer Service” just emailed me this long snapshot of their rules and said nope on the refund. You’ve got to jump through many, many steps to cancel the service. There’s better programs, apps, and companies elsewhere.

Ok, needs work

The browser does what it needs to. It would be nice to see more polish on some of the features. Kind of buggy and lacking features.

Worked one time then nothing

Well upon first inspection of app, it appeared to work as expected. Then when hit the eraser to delete search, it completely stopped working .

I am a cg customer

While I am a cg customer this apple application does nothing vpn related. Just checked my IP address while using the app and it totally gave my isp home IP address. Don’t trust this app to do anything more than your default browser.

Did not block any pop ups

This thing could not even block a single pop up when I tried it just now. First site I went to the tab even got hijacked by the ad. What a worthless app. And before anyone asks, yes I had the setting turned on.

Updated to iOS 15 and it stopped working

Updated my phone to iOS 15 and now it doesn’t open any websites except the CyberGhost site?!

Not sure if it is cached data or live, but it stopped working.

Won’t use any other browser now...when the VPN disconnects I don’t have a complete freak out (just minor) episode. Plus no one knows about my off-brand taste in porn thanks to the protected bookmarks 😉

Extremely disappointed

We purchased a three-year subscription to cyber ghost so that we could watch Netflix from the United States in our adopted country of Chile. In the four weeks that we have had this service, we have had nothing but problems. Today we cannot connect to Netflix at all. I see a cancellation in our future!

Buggy

Love CG VPN, and have been using the vpn for two years now. Thought I would try the browser in my IPAD Pro , which has become my primary work device. Downloaded the browser to try and did not find it usable. Would hang on every other page. The interface is circa 2000 is capability. Very few controls. No easy way to add and manage favorites, no concept or construct for bookmarks at all. config options minimal, drop down menu takes you to 4 options, Page options does not retract 80% of the time on IPad, and doesn’t respond well to mouse controls ( or touch for that matter).

Yes it is secure because you can’t use it.
