Unable to start :(

I downloaded the app on 3/14/25 and when I tried to get started it gave me an error saying “an error occurred, something went wrong, please try again later.” No matter what device I tried using I kept getting the same error. I emailed them in regard to this issue, but I haven’t heard anything back yet. I hope someone will contact me soon so I can get started.
