Says to update to be able to use… that’s as far as it goes as there is not an update available. Abandon ship!!

Says the app needs an update when trying to login and won’t let me access until updated but no update is available! Please can you provide the update as right now cannot access my CCTV at all.
It doesn’t work
After entering the details of the DVR this app returns a message that the DVR’s firmware is too new and I need an app update, but there are no updates available for it. Basically the app is useless.
Not working
Only works at home with WiFi and not outside with 4G. Needs updating as did work well before and no one to contact about this.

This app has always a problem. Developer is never up to date. It was working fine but after the ios12, it only works with WiFi and not on 4G.
And no one to guide on how to get this sorted. Gutted. Disappointed
