The potential is there but…
I haven’t been able to touch my security+ course since I’ve installed this and it doesn’t keep up to date with what you’ve enrolled or done on the web version. PLEASE CYBRARY I HAVE FAITH IN YOU TO FIX THIS. UPDATE- AND MY LIFE, IS YOURS

Buffers poorly, leading to pauses and crashes when connectivity is temporarily lost. Courses that are too long simply do not function at all on the mobile app. No speed controls, and does not play audio in the background.
It’s 2026 — if I could give this zero stars I would. That said, there is decent content there. Shame you have to endure this brutal mobile app to access it.

This app is useless
Cannot enroll, cannot see enrolled courses, cannot view any course content. Crashes, etc. Just give it up. Take this monster off of the shelf.
Login all the time
Why you have to log in after the app just being a short time idle? Why do I need to enter the password every time or use the “login using email” option?
Many changes are needed to make it a good app.
What about having a Car Play app for those who can use the audio only for learning?

This app needs a lot of improvement and I see lost update was one year. Did they forget about this app?

Constant logouts
App is clunky. Does not handle horizontal viewing. Worst of all, it constantly logs me out every couple of hours. Apps from competitor learning products are far superior and user friendly. Avoid, or try the web instead.

For some a great website it is a real shame to see such a terrible App. It doesn’t remember you forcing you to re-login EVERY time. Half the videos don’t work, pages don’t display properly.

Wont let you listen to any courses
This app constantly tells you that you need to login from a desktop to “complete the activity”, but when you do log into your desktop, you don’t have any activities to complete. It’s just listening to the video. Why won’t it let you use the mobile app? That was the whole point of the mobile app, to learn on the go.

App has good content but the filters do not work.
Need some improvement
Decent app and Great service. However, this should allow to remain login or support login with biometric with facility to watch videos offline as most users try to watch on mobile devices during their journey but current app doesn’t support this feature. Regards.
Videos dont play
Prompts that desktop environment be launched to watch videos. So what’s the point of the app?

Unbelievable. Someone complained in a review, 5 years ago, that this app won’t go into landscape mode. Still not fixed. May as well be abandonware. I expected better from Cybrary.
Useless on iPad
The iPad app is pretty much useless. It only allows login via Username/Password, so good luck if your company uses any kind of SSO. Even if you are able to login, the app is forced to mobile-mode and doesn’t rotate properly to allow you to use it in horizontal mode. So the whole app is useless if you’re using an iPad with keyboard.

Login Nightmare
It’s a personal phone. Why on Earth do I have to mess around remembering passwords to get into my content?? It should be cached like every other app in existence!

Limitless Content Limited Accessibility
This has the potential to be a great app for studying on the go and accessing educational content from anywhere in general. I think my biggest problem with this app is getting randomly logged out in the middle of lessons. The app just chooses when to act up. Another issue I have is having to log in every 30 minutes…on a good day. Developers should give users the option to stay logged in for at least 24hours if not consistently. And then another bug—also having to do with logging in—is using your username and passphrase combo. Doing that freaks the app out and I get an error. Every time. The bugs are aggravating and make me want to avoid the app, but the sad thing is how convenient it is! I hope these get addressed, but it looks like these bugs have been happening for at least a few years now.

Can’t login on iPad app
The login button doesn’t do anything when I press it to login. The email link consistently gets caught in my company’s email filter as malicious and is automatically deleted! I really would like to be able to access the content through the iPad app… please fix!
Fantastic content, bad app
Great content, but the ipad app kept kicking me out after an hour. Really de-focused my brain… other than that, it’s a solid content.
Barely usable mobile
This app is terrible when using in the car. It takes forever to sign in. And it doesn’t auto play the next episode. It also won’t run in the background.
It’s also a headache on a tablet. I’m pretty sure the devs never tested that….
