About

Cycle Count Variance Studio is a paid, local-first inventory count review workspace for small retailers, stockrooms, market booths, consignment shelves, and operations teams that need to reconcile count differences before posting adjustments. The 2026-06-06 local package makes the Board lead with the posting blocker, next recount action, packet readiness, active sessions, recount lines, units off, and variance value. Create manual count sessions with store, zone, SKU, item name, expected quantity, counted quantity, unit cost, variance reason, recount queue, review checks, status board, copy-ready variance packet, and CSV export. Use it to separate clean counts from lines that need a second pass, summarize over/under units, estimate variance value, and hand off a clear adjustment record. The app is intentionally focused and private. It does not scan barcodes, take photos, read files, connect to POS systems, inventory systems, accounting tools, ecommerce platforms, CRMs, email, cloud drives, payment tools, banks, cameras, microphones, sensors, or external services. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, procurement, compliance, safety, loss-prevention, audit, or inventory advice, require login, show ads, track users, use analytics SDKs, cloud sync, or upload records to a developer server. One-time paid app. No subscription and no in-app purchases.
