Buggy

Has some annoying bugs. I am using IOS15 on a iPhone 11, first bug was there when I opened the App, it would only show half of the screen. Had to restart the phone to fix… second one was when I tried to add a Product and search images from my library, the ‘Search from my library’ button wouldn’t work, even after I had given full access to my photos. I restarted the phone, reinstalled the App and ended up not working anyway. I decided to remove the App.

Would love to use the app to sell but can’t upload photos

I’ve been trying to sell a Roller on this app but I cannot upload any pictures, really is quite a shame

Please for the love of god

Please for the love of god add notifications. I don’t just sell on this platform and nearly sold a part that already sold on here due to not getting notifications. WE NEED MESSAGE and SOLD NOTIFICATIONS PLEASE. This app could really be something if the developers would rescue it!

Great app just needs some tweaks

I love this app, I’m able to find a good amount of what I need for my build. However, I’d say 1 in 5 attempts to purchases something, it’s a success. Most of the time I don’t get a response (or give one in my own stuff) since this app does’t send message notifications. If that worked I’m sure more people would think to check their messages here instead of having to remember. There ya go, my 1st world problems for today.

Better but still not perfect

At the urging of the developers to try this app again, I did. I gave it one more star than my first review. Originally, they keyboard wouldn’t disappear after using the search function. It disappears now but you can’t select the last item brought up by the search. When you scroll down all the way, you have to keep dragging down to make it appear. When it does appear, you can’t open it.

The app is getting there slowly but surely. This version is definitely better than the first one.

Update: this app is still horrible. You still can’t get to all of the search listings. The app won’t scroll all the way down. Obviously the devs have a lot of friends leaving great reviews. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Response from developer

You should try out the newest version of Cycledope. It should address many of the problems you've had with the app. Thanks for using Cycledope!

Good not Great

Unless I am missing something there is no way to configure it to display results with in a specific geographic location! I am not going to pay shipping for a bike on the other side of the country yet I have to open every single listing to find where it’s located and 95% are no where close, so I am just wasting my time clicking!

Garbage

The developer refuses to fix the major issues with this app, so almost everything posted has been purchased already. Then when you go back it takes you to the top of the list again. The keyboard stays up while you’re scrolling so you can’t view the last few items.

How hard could it be to fix these issues and have a 5 star app? Just do it already.

Great App

I love the idea of this app and have made sales and purchases with it. The only thing I see that still is a bit of a pain is that messages are not coming through right, I can’t delete old ones, and randomly I will get a new order notification for something I sold months ago. Good work Eric. I’ll be patient. It’s a great platform.

Great app! Easy to use and way better than eBay!

User friendly and convenient. Everything is buy it now, so you don't have to wait plus you don't have any fees! A LOT of awesome hard to find parts on here. Five stars all the way!

Scam Much?

Let’s say I go to buy an item. I click buy. Then it pulls up an old address on my PayPal. I click to change and it shows a random dudes email address that says he owns the account and address on that file and you need to go through his email to change it. This happened with me, my two friends and my lady all attempting to buy random things on the site? What in the hell is up with this.

Almost there

Still have the issues of not being able to close keyboard after you search for something. The last couple results stay hidden. Would like if it held your place in the search results after you scroll down and open an item to look at it. Takes you back to the top every time. Would like it better if sold items were removed sometime after selling. Overall decent app just needs some kinks worked out still.

Two bugs

When you search for something there is no way to collapse the keyboard. Once you find your items I would like to look at my choices without that distraction. There is no zoom function in the photos. I would like be able to more closely examine the items. That said, I do like the app, bought a frame the first time I used it.

Good idea, poor execution

This is a great idea but the search function is broken. The keyboard stays open after searching which block half the page of search results. On top of that, when you click on a search result and back out, it takes you back to the top of your search.

I they can fix the app, I’ll use it.

Has potential

The app needs a lot of refinement. For example, don’t show me parts that are already “Sold“ or at least have the “sold” tag shown in the thumbnail so that people know not to click on it.

Sick

Pretty neat seems like a new app so would be some time before things get improved a suggestion I'd make is have a distance span so you can set how far away you want the item to be. Pretty solid smart idea hope to be using this app more

Search limited

Please drop the keyboard after the search. Results are hidden, and you have to hope that what you're looking for isn't among the last items listed. The app seems great but I can't be sure I can see all results.

Great app!

Super well built and easy to use. Have made a purchase and experienced no bugs. It has awesome chopper parts daily! Unlike other apps this one doesn’t take a cut for being the middle man. The creator is a major homie for that!

Going back

It’s all rad , and maybe I haven’t updated the app. That being said, it goes all the way back to the top of the page when
Returning to the parts browser . It would be way better if it saved your place on the previous page . Either way , great app

So far so good!

So far so good, glad to finally see an app like this!

A few things I think would make it better, filters of some kind, maybe when you post an item you can select categories for it to go in “panhead” “chopper” “Sportster” etc. The search function is also a bit difficult, I can’t only scroll down so far usually, the keyboard blocks some items, an option to have search results displayed as tiles like the homepage would be cool.

Solid! I’m digging it so far!

The interface looks nice and is easy to use.
I’d like to see the ability for a “personal homepage” where I can read a bio or something about the person I’m buying from.
Also- I’d love the ability to sell in quantities. I.E. I have 10 of the identical part to sell.
Anyways- so cool! Thank you!
