Game Changer
This app is incredible. Even as a woman I wasn't aware of my own cycle. I can better understand myself and now improve my relationships.
Luteal phase savior
Phasemate app has helped me and my partner enormously with out luteal phase stress. As a man I have learnt so so much about how my partner is feeling. I highly recommend this for couples and anyone in a relationship looking for an app to make their lives better!! Thank you Phasemate

Not ready
1. I am a man. I choose that during onboarding. When I tap share with a partner, it is asking me if I want my partner to support me during MY menstrual cycle. Okay…
2. Both my partner and I installed the app trying to connect. It shows a share code for both of us (my partner indicated during onboarding that she is a woman and I indicated that I am a man. The app gives both of us a code to share, but neither one of us have any place in the app to enter that partner code anywhere.
3. My partner tried to sign up with Apple. After tapping that button, she gets a screen asking her is she knows the dates of MY last period… which is bizarre and also the signup is impossible to finish due to this dead end.
It’s a good idea but it seems to have been released before it is ready, without proper testing so the user experience is, well, that it juat doesn’t work at all… which is a shame. Hope the developer fixes these soon because I love the idea.

Very robust app taking you through all the different period stages. I never even thought of most of these besides ovulation
Really helpful for couples — finally makes sense of the cycle
I started using Phasemate to better support my partner, and it’s honestly been so helpful. Intuitive tracking of cycle
I love how easy it is to track my cycle and learn how to manage my energy levels. I recommend this app to all women looking to increase their hormone cycoe awareness.

App forcing to create an account, not good. App onboarding is not user friendly. Improvement needed.

It works
This period love tracker is something that I found interesting and tried it. All I can say is that it works. Tracks my period cycle . And this in turn helps in creating better bond with my partner and have a good relationship. Thumbs up.
PhaseMate is the best period tracker I’ve used. Love it!
I’ll start with the engaging onboarding experience where you are educated and informed about the science behind periods, how it affects women, and how I as a man can make things easier(and fun!) for the women in my life depending on what part of their cycle they’re on, how it affects the bond between us, and how to improve our dynamics as a couple.
Post this, the app is super simple to set up and use. The prompts get you started in no time and the reading material is always at hand if you need to check back.
Extra extra kudos points for using dark mode as default. Makes for an actual relaxing user experience.
