About
Understand your cycle with a private, thoughtful space for tracking and planning.
CycleMD helps you record periods, symptoms, observations, and everyday context; review patterns; and see personal period estimates based on your recorded history. Estimates include uncertainty and are not clinical predictions.
Features:
• Period and cycle tracking
• Symptoms, observations, and personal notes
• Reminders, plans, and user-initiated calendar exports
• Pregnancy and postpartum organization
• Perimenopause tracking and life-stage context
• Women’s-health educational material with evidence links
• Lunar Parallel for an additional personal calendar perspective
• Optional read-only Apple Health context
• Privacy controls and useful exports
Privacy:
Your entries stay on your device. CycleMD has no account, advertising, behavioral tracking, or sale of reproductive data. Apple Health access is read-only. Imported Apple Health information is private context and does not silently change CycleMD’s cycle or ovulation estimates.
Important:
CycleMD supports personal wellness, organization, and education. It does not diagnose conditions, determine pregnancy, provide treatment recommendations, provide contraception or safe-day advice, or replace professional medical care. Ovulation-related signals are observational and conservative, not a definitive fertility determination.
