The desktop and mobile apps are rubbish which is a shame because the camera is quite good. Numerous crashes on numerous devices, getting video from the camera is a nightmare.

The app is useless if you have both front and rear! You can go in between the 2
Good camera - poor battery
The title says it all! I have both front and rear cameras and the quality of the videos is very good, but the battery on the front camera lasts for less than two hours - even shorter when it gets cold.
Cycle
I’m a long term user of their cameras and love the purpose they fulfill during my rides. My complaints are poor battery performance as well as an unpredictable software. No matter how many times I format the drive, sync the time with the iPhone app, the time/date stamp seems to be always off. Presumably it is user error but it should be this difficult

Best light!
This has been one of the best safety features I have purchased. It’s also interesting to review what happens behind me that I don’t see. Run time is about 4+ hours if I only use the camera. Very reliable. Stabilization in the camera keeps the video from shaking due to road vibration. Captures clear footage even in dark or daylight.

Latest version quits unexpectedly
The latest iOS version (4.1.3) quits when trying to open Fly6CE. Is there some way to get 4.1.1 back?

The hardware is defective, the service has me troubleshooting in loops.
I have been a repeat customer of Cycliq, as I have had two Fly6 and two Fly12 over the years. Most of them were good, but the second Fly12 is a dud. I’ve been unable to get it to light up. I’ve spoken with Cycliq and they have me go through the same troubleshooting steps. Unsurprisingly those steps that weren’t effective fixing the problem the first time around are still ineffective.
Bottom line is I can’t trust their products. Twice now I’ve been left in a middle of ride at night with a light that went off. Never again.
I used to recommend Cycliq. I’m not anymore. Heck, I’m on a market for an alternative that I know I can trust.

Why can’t you toggle
If you have both cameras it won’t let you toggle between the two in the app!! Whoever designed this should be doing something else
Fly12 Sport - No video access?
App seems to work ok. Connects to both Fly6 and Fly12 Sport ok, but on the Fly12 Sport, there is no option to access video clips (same format video as the (Fly6 records).

Great light but just having a problem of not being able to to turn off
Disappointing
Battery life ranges from 10 minutes to a couple of hours. Charging is slow. Numerous challenges with support from Australia intermittent. Returned once but still poor. Disappointing as other reviews show it to be a decent bit of kit and when it did work the picture quality etc was superb.

Constant SD card issues
I’ve had this product for two years. Right now it’s a light for the back of my bicycle. The card hasn’t recordered in weeks. The only reason I discovered this is because I’m now monitoring the battery life. The unit isn’t recognized by my computer at all yet somehow a software update was installed? How is this possible? This should be plug and play with updates, recording and support. This is my 2nd unit as the first one was replaced under warranty and I’m having the same issues. Do better for the price you are charging for this.

Horrible interface, highly dissappointed
The app is a total doom loop. Prompts go like this:
1. Register your device
2. Follow directions to register device
3. Zero feedback in app or email if device actually registered
4. Update your firmware
5. Register your device
6. Warning: device already registered
7. Update your firmware

What a load of crap. Nice idea, very poor execution.

Partially Functional iOS App
The iOS App will not recognize the outdated firmware of my brand new Fly12 Sport or allow for it to be updated.
