Cyclops

Awesome app and the camera works really nice. Very easy to connect to the app and it’s nice that the videos download right to your camera roll

Beyond Useless

I have owned this junk for a year. Spent a boatload on it because SeaDoo marketed the camera as if it was an attachment for my new $28,000 ski. It is stupid. I have never been able to connect this to a computer, edit or take pictures off it. Never. Early on I remember faintly that I was prompted on the app to enter a password. I didn’t know it so set it aside for the time being. Since that day last April, I’ve never gotten the app or the camera to make any sense. I have taken several videos and shots. But I can’t even get my computer to open the camera or the app to sink with my camera. I figured it was me. Maybe I have trouble with their software. During Coronavirus Quarantine my whole family tried multiple times. It is infuriating. Not only is the camera junk, the app and everything about it is junk. The customer service is disgusting. I contacted them. No replies. None of the user manuals match actuality. It’s all very very very vague. “From WiFi, hold the HOME button.” No. There is no holding of a home button. It’s a touch screen. Nothing happens. We can’t even get to a screen anymore where anything app or camera asks for a password. Junk junk junk! This MF’er cost me over $400. Junk. Junk. Junk.
