Has anybody actually got the app to connect to their bike?
Bike bricked
When trying to log in, via password or captcha, on multiple devices and the latest app version, the app just spins and finally says “network error.” Without the app, I am unable to get my bike out of park and there isn’t a workaround I can find. Customer service has been silent.
Currently not working
My bike is stuck in park mode and won’t unlock due to the app refusing to load, logged out the app to try to re log in but that didn’t help. Pls fix soon CycRown
Won’t even let me log in?
This app won’t even let me enter the app or log in it just freezes on the loading screen
Cycrown application don’t work
Won’t even let me connect at all. I have Wi-Fi Bluetooth everything enabled to try to get disconnected to my bike and it keeps on saying something wrong with my Wi-Fi
Could do better
Will NOT connect to my cycrown Cyrun e-bike after multiple tries, Bluetooth enabled to.
Bad bike
Bad bike and bad app the bike can only go 20 and theres no way to by pass it this sucks
this app is terrible
i could not get my bike to connect i tried many times.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting your bike. Please try updating to our latest app version first, as we've made several improvements to Bluetooth connection and pairing stability. After updating, restart your bike and phone, then try connecting again. If the issue still persists, feel free to contact our support team for further help.

I tried to connect my bike more than 10 times it just wouldn’t connect I made a account and everything
Useless
Literally does nothing. Navigation is a blank grey box. Tracks nothing and doesn’t log anything.
