Stop working
Recently my lights stopped working I tried to reconnect them to the WiFi and it still won’t work. I cannot get them set up on the app or anything because the lights won’t power on even tho the switch is on
bug or general issue
it was disconnecting from google home constantly. now it won’t even work on google home. i miss telling google to turn the lights on. it does work with the “routines” and turning it on/off thru the cync app.

I love this light I use it in my bedroom and I turn it on when I go in my room. The Candle light setting on a low brightness looks like your whole body is tan. I love this light!!❤️ I do recommend you get this app for your light

Couple things could be added like multiple light timing setting so I can start a fade and change the color after the fade down or couple other ways to personalize timing and routines
Flawlessish
It was working completely flawlessly for about a year or so but then it signed me out out of nowhere and I can’t sign back in or even make a new account. Idk tho this could be a personal problem. Any devs pls help

App keeps logging me out
Been using Cync for about 6 months and at least 2-3 times a week, I get logged out for zero reason. Figured out the only way to even get back into my account is purely just by waiting. Putting in the correct credentials doesn't even work. I'm genuinely shocked on how an app can be so inconvenient.
Won’t sign in all of a sudden
I’ve been using the light bulbs for a while and love them but now all of the sudden app signed me out and won’t sign me back in it’s very annoying

It’s the worst
So I logged out cus my led lights stoped working and now it’s telling me I can’t make a new account because my email was used but when I try to log in it says check your credentials so I put forgot password and it’s says email sent but when I go to my email I don’t see anything. Pls fix this app
Ok but could be better
App is functional but needs updating; navigating is slow and requires too many presses for too many things; limited number of slots for custom programs
Does not play well with most recent IOS updates
Pretty silly oversight on Apple and Cync. Already returned a few pairs of Cync bulbs because I can’t connect them with my local network as the App doesn’t prompt my phone for permission and there is no way to manually grant permission, it must be prompted. Hope they figure this out.
