My WiFi works with no issues but after I gave this app all of my personal information it doesn’t work.
Make my room so colorful
My room looks so colorful whenever I have the colors on my favorite effect is the Aurora. I love the pastel colors so pretty.

Laggiest POS app of all time genuinely have to re open it 5 times every day just to turn on my lights it’s annoying and poorly made and after a little it goes back to not working

App is buggy
It has tons of options to control. However when I am trying to create layouts for my light strip, it’s hit or miss that you can rename it; the app just doesn’t respond to my tapping. same goes for if I want to delete a layout. Hit or miss if the app will allow me to press that button. It just doesn’t respond.

Absolute garbage
Takes forever to load and if it glitches and turns your lights back on or off it doesn’t load a second time. You have to force close the app and reload it all. It shouldn’t be this difficult to turn lights on and off in my house

I had some trouble with this functioning properly in the beginning. I contacted Cync Support and they helped me. The smart switch worked as intended for about two weeks, then it would be erratic. For instance, I have a light switch I programmed to turn on at sundown, so I opened the app two minutes before sundown to see whether having the app open would make it work. What happened instead was that all lights and switches suddenly disappeared.

Network doesn’t work but pretty
I have been having problems with my network but I put in the WiFi password multiple times and it won’t take it. But the lights are pretty!!! 💙❤️💜💛💚🧡
Bad connection
The device keeps on losing Internet. I have to constantly edit back to the home Wi-Fi. Nothing has changed same Wi-Fi. It’s both 2.5 and five gig the device keeps on losing its memory.
Not for long time use
I’ve noticed after a few years of having it ( bought it at 16 I’m now 21 ) it’s so obnoxious sitting here for 5+ minutes while it says “connecting” only for it to say “not connected” I’ve kept the app updated, my Bluetooth is always on, I try closing and reopening which doesn’t work. I don’t see a reason for it to be acting this way. Just an overall bad connecting system

Makes me log in every time
Just to turn the lights on or off in my bedroom, I have to open the app, enter my username and password YET AGAIN because it rarely remembers it, then log in to my email to get a code, and then I can finally turn the lights off.
I’ll never buy these lights again.

The app is user friendly. Set up was a breeze. I am not the most patient with technology. I bought lights for my whole house because the whole experience was perfect!
