Wish was combined with normal app
App works well. Can freeze and unfreeze cards instantly without having to call in. Nice for when you lose your wallet or worry it might be stolen. You can also set limits of how much can be used by cards in transactions and other things like if you can use it at an ATM.
The thing I don’t understand is why is this a separate app from the online banking app? Seems silly to have two.

I can’t even remove my old card to add a new one
Unusable app
As card management apps go, this one is completely unusable. I have never been able to get it to work after the initial setup. The process of changing the password issues a token, but when you enter the information, the app simply stalls, without any indication of what’s happening if anything, on the backend. I reported to issue to their support desk, to no avail.

Minor bugs
I love the app but the Face ID doesn’t always work and for the past couple of days the notifications haven’t been sending (the setting is turned on)
